The holidayprivatetransfers.com website, hereinafter referred as HPT, provides transportation services based on registration number 6532 in the RNAVT (Registo Nacional das Agências de Viagens e Turismo).
These terms and conditions together with the information available during the booking process constitute the agreement between HPT and the customer.
Please read these general terms and conditions carefully before making your booking.
To make your booking online you must choose one of the available forms on the website, the first one located on the home page and the second through the "Reserve your Transfer" button.
In order to complete the booking you must carefully follow the indications provided during the process.
At the end of the process the voucher corresponding to your booking will be available for download. The voucher will also be sent to your email. Be sure to take the voucher with you on the scheduled day to deliver to the driver.
The prices in Pounds visible on the website is only for information, the service payments are made in Euros.
Prices can change without notice.
Departure Night Tax: Pickups between 23:30 and 07:00 have a extra cost of 10€, paid directly to driver on the moment of the service.
Tools: The client can choose between tolls or regular highway. The tolls cost are supported by client.
You can pay your reservation in two ways:
PayPal - You can pay by PayPal (through your account or credit card) at the end of the booking process, following the instructions on the website. Payment is made directly on the PayPal website and at no time will your credit card or other payment details be requested on the HPT website. The payment through this method implies an increase of 4.4% in the services value, and refers to the fee charged by PayPal.
Payment to Driver - Payment can also be made directly to the driver on the day of transportation. The pyment must be done in cash (Euros) and if the booking includes return, the payment must cover the entire service.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES:
Cancellations - Service cancellations must be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
Changes to the Service - The requests to change a scheduled service must be made by email to email@example.com or by phone number +351 961 404 042. The rescheduling of the service will be carried out in the best possible way according to the availability of the drivers and Vehicles.
For cancellations or changes, the client must indicate the number of the booking voucher.
Extra requests must be made during the reservation process, in the fields marked for this purpose.
If you need a child or baby seat, you must indicate in the marked fields.
We do not impose a luggage limit to our customers, however this limit will be stipulated naturally according to the capacity of the transport used.
The services provided by the HPT website are carried out by regist in the RNAVT (Registo Nacional das Agências de Viagens e Turismo), with the number 6532 and all the insurance required for the purpose are active.
In sporadic situations and for reasons beyond us, such as atmospheric conditions, accidents, etc., delays may occur. HPT can not be held responsible for these delays as they result from situations beyond our control.
However if there is a delay, the customer will be contacted by telephone.
We reserve the right to refuse service to visibly altered persons, under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other form that may endanger the provision of the service and the safety of passengers or vehicles.
It is not allowed to smoke or consume alcohol in the vehicles.
